Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment
- Full rental fee and deposit must be paid before collection.
- Booking is only confirmed after payment is received.
- Reserve at least 2–3 days in advance, especially during graduation season.
Deposit
- Mini 40 — Student: RM150 · Non-student: RM250
- Wide 400 — Student: RM300 · Non-student: RM500
- Deposit refunded within 24–48 hours after inspection.
Identification
- Valid student ID (for student price) or IC/passport required.
- Renter must be at least 16 years old, or have a guarantor.
Collection & Return
- Self-pickup at SEGI university or arranged meetup location.
- Return on or before the agreed date and time.
- Late: RM5 (>1h) · RM10–15 (>6h) · full extra day (>24h).
Camera Care
- Handle with care; keep away from water, sand, and heat.
- Do not drop, dismantle, or force the lens.
- Do not pull, bend, or shake film when it ejects.
Damage, Loss & Film
- Normal wear and tear is not charged; negligence deducted from deposit.
- Loss or unrepairable damage: renter covers replacement cost.
- Loaded film is chargeable once rental starts; photo results non-refundable.
Cancellations: full refund if made 48+ hours before collection · booking fee non-refundable within 48 hours · no-shows forfeit fees paid.
