Film is charged separately from the rental. Mini film is RM6 per photo or RM50 per box. Square film is RM7 per photo or RM60 per box. Wide film is RM8 per photo or RM70 per box. For Polaroid, please bring your own i-Type film; we do not sell it.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. You pay the camera's stated security amount up front. Rental and any film are deducted from that amount, and the remaining balance is refunded after an on-time, undamaged return. Late-return fees or damage costs may reduce the refund.
When do I get the remaining balance back?
After we receive and inspect the camera and accessories, provided everything is returned on time and in good condition. Rental and any film are deducted first.
What happens if I return the camera late?
A late return is charged at a flat RM30 per day, for any camera, and is deducted from your deposit. If you think you will be late, message us before your return deadline — extending the rental costs less than returning late, as long as the camera is not already booked by someone else.
What happens if I accidentally damage the camera?
Contact us immediately. We'll assess the damage and let you know the repair or replacement cost.
Can I rent for multiple days?
Yes. You choose your rental period when you book, and the price updates automatically.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, if the camera is not already booked by another customer. Please contact us before your original return deadline.
Can I use my own film?
Yes. Buy film from us when you book, or bring your own film as long as it matches the camera.
What happens if my photos don't develop?
Please use the correct film and follow the camera instructions. We aren't responsible for film issues caused by incorrect loading, expired film or user error.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the exact terms.
Can I rent for a birthday, wedding or trip?
Of course. The cameras are available for personal events, trips and celebrations.
