Please read these before booking. Booking a camera means you agree to them.
1.Booking
A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received.
The camera's security amount is payable up front to confirm a booking. Rental and any purchased film are deducted from it. The remaining balance is refunded once the camera is checked back in on time and undamaged. If charges exceed this amount, we confirm the balance before booking.
The camera is reserved specifically for the customer's selected rental period.
2.Rental Period
The rental period begins at the agreed collection time and ends at the agreed return time.
Each 24-hour period counts as one rental day.
Customers are responsible for returning the camera on time.
3.Film
Instax film is charged separately from the rental fee, by the photo or by the box.
Instax film can be added to your booking, or you may bring your own compatible film. For Polaroid, you must bring your own i-Type film; we do not sell it.
Please check the camera model before buying film.
4.Camera Care
Handle the camera with care.
Keep the camera away from water and excessive moisture.
Avoid dropping or throwing the camera.
Keep the camera in its protective case when not in use.
Do not attempt to open, repair or modify the camera.
Do not lend or sub-rent the camera to another person.
5.Photos & Film
Loho Film is not responsible for photos that fail to develop due to incorrect film usage.
Expired or damaged film.
Incorrect loading.
User error or camera misuse.
Environmental conditions.
6.Return
The camera must be returned together with all included accessories.
The customer remains responsible for the equipment until it has been received and checked by Loho Film.
7.Late Return
Late returns may affect the next customer's booking.
Each additional day is charged at a flat RM30 per day.
If you know you cannot return the camera on time, please contact us as soon as possible.
